This week’s sneaky photo with another spawn-of-Romney! My mom and I attended a phone-banking event at Colorado Republican Headquarters and got a “motivational speech” from Matt Romney about how his dad rescued him from a surfing accident on a tropical family vacation and so can be the one to “rescue” us all, if elected.
When we took out the camera and asked for a photo, I revealed my idea for a better way to rescue us from wealth inequality. In 1979 the highest marginal tax rate was 70%. By 1989 it was 28% and now stands at only 35%. I wonder why all income growth since 1979 has gone to the rich…Wealth disparity is killing us. TAX THE RICH.
